Base Ranks

We have a shallow ranking system that indicates a simple gear priority and level of trust. Further guild specific needs are covered by commissions.

Recruits

New members of the Citadel that have shown an interest in joining us and accepted our rules and regulations. Lowest gear priority.

Crowguard

Has been a part of Corvus Citadel for at least 30 days and has shown regular activity throughout that period. Has ranked at least one vessel to level 30. Strives to embody the Citadel’s core principles. Gear priority over Recruits.


Leadership Ranks

Leadership ranks are a burden, not a perk, they do not receive any gear priority over Crowguard. Those who step into these roles are entrusted to lead and represent the Citadel in official capacities. To be considered for any of these ranks the candidate must at least be Crowguard and embody our principles and an inclination towards the outlined responsibilities.

Warden

Leads and organizes groups for combat, often acting as target callers or delegating, and making strategic decisions. Ability to keep calm and level under pressure is a very desirable trait for this position. Same gear priority level as Crowguard unless they hold a commission. They report to the Seekers, or when not available the Corax Council. Crowguards may apply when openings are announced or they will be approached, approved by the Corax Council with input from the Seekers.

Expectations:
  • Act as go betweens with allies and friendly factions if Seekers and Council members are not available.
  • Organize and lead members for PVP related activities (sieges, taking forts & towers, scouting, protecting gathering groups, ganking, etc.)
  • Shot Call or manage delegating to another member.
  • Vet reccomended builds, find or act as Class Leads to help train other members as needed.

Quartermaster

Crafting leadership role responsible for managing work queues, crafter grinds, public store prices, and setting guild crafter requirements. Organizational ability and interpersonal skills are desirable for this position. Same gear priority level as Crowguard unless they hold a commission. They report to the Seekers, or when not available the Corax Council. Crowguards may apply when needs are announced or they will be approached, approved by the Corax Council with input from the Seekers.

Expectations:
  • Insure the crafting queue is moving in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate resource requirements with the Harvestmasters.
  • Set Guild Crafter Criteria/Expectations/Stat Requirements to be a Guild Crafter.
  • Coordinate and assist with logistics pertaining to moving gear and resouces between people.

Harvestmaster

Gathering leadership role responsible for managing resource stockpiles, gathering prioritie, and gathering efforts. Organizational ability and interpersonal skills are desirable for this position. Same gear priority level as Crowguard unless they hold a commission. They report to the Seekers, or when not available the Corax Council. Crowguards may apply when needs are announced or they will be approached, approved by the Corax Council with input from the Seekers.

Expectations:
  • Proactively manage harvesting efforts based on crafting needs.
  • Coordinate resource requirements with the Quartermasters.
  • Run group gathering efforts and coordinate with Wardens for protection.
  • Manage Harvesting “Queues” and Gathering Priorities.
  • Coordinate resource exports from campaigns.

Seekers

Officer rank. Requires at least 6 months of consistent activity, they are expected to exemplify the Citadel’s core principles, and they must receive a special nomination by a member of the Corax Council and be confirmed by the majority of the Council. Seekers are entrusted with general officer level responsibilities and are usually assigned oversight of a specific area such as player management, PvP, crafting, etc. They report directly to the Corax Council. Same gear priority level as Crowguard unless they hold a commission.

Corax Council

Highest level of leadership in the Citadel and it's founders. They set guild policy, moderate discord, handle any administrative tasks, and lead in-game efforts as needed. Additionally, they or someone they assign will be responsible for diplomatic relations with other guilds. They’re all equal in authority and final decisions are made via their consensus. Same gear priority as Crowguard unless they hold a commission. Current members: Duffy, Grimmel, Dreggo, Finn, and Thimble. Additional members may be added via the Council’s unanimous agreement.
