Guild Commissions

Commissions are presented from the guild's point of view, these are roles the guild needs to be filled to achieve our goals. As time goes on the numbers of each and even the commissions themselves may change. Therefore commissions should be considered transient, they may be granted and revoked for various reasons. Members may nominate themselves for an open commission, all commissions are granted by a majority vote of the Corax Council.

Leadership Commissions

Leadership commissions are a burden, not a perk, they do not receive any gear priority over that bestowed by their holder's guild rank. Those who step into these roles are entrusted to lead and represent the Citadel in official capacities.

Warden

Leads and organizes groups for combat, often acting as target callers or delegating, and making strategic decisions.

Expectations:
  • Introduce yourself to allies/faction leaders so you can coordinate if Council members are not available.
  • Assist Members with organizing PVP related activities (taking forts & towers, scouting, protecting gathering groups, etc.)
  • Vet reccomended builds, find or act as Class Leads to help train other members.
  • Recommended to train in Combat Leadership at some point after core combat skills.

Quartermaster

Crafting leadership role responsible for managing work queues, gathering priorities, public store prices, and setting guild crafter requirements.

General Commissions

General Commissions represent an in-game focus on certain activities for the guild. Those holding these commissions receive gear priority for the area pertaining to their commission. These commissions all come in a primary and secondary variety.

Connoisseur/Reaper

High yield gatherers with passive training focused in gathering specific areas . Their requests for high end gatherer armor sets and top end tools have priority.

Expectations: Should expect to spend most non official operations time gathering for the guild’s needs. Primaries should expect to average playing every other day or so while Secondaries may have a less reliable or limited schedule.

Adept/Artificer

Official crafter for the guild that meets our passive crafting minimum requirements. Will be supplied with guild mats and can request components from other crafters to fulfill gear requests. Access to crafting only channels (both voice and text) in Discord. Includes access to Crafting Queues in the Crafting Hall. Has priority for crafting gear requests.

Expectations: Will prioritize working down the guild crafting queue over other activities aside from official operations when playing. Primaries should plan to be available at least every other day, while Secondaries may have a less reliable or limited schedule.
